Strategic objectives
To achieve this objective, four sector priorities were identified, which include coherent and concerted objectives with relevance for both labor demand and supply, strengthening labour market governance capacity and a better management of labor migration. The objectives refer to the creation of equal opportunities for employment following the implementation of employment policies and non-discriminatory measures on the labor market, encouraging transition to formal economy, correlation of the educational system with the labor market needs, a better governance of labor market, effective management of migration and strengthening of social dialogue. PRIORITY 1. CREATION OF FORMAL, NON-DISCRIMINATORY AND PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; PRIORITY 2. HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT FOR ENHANCED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES; PRIORITY 3.
